It’s totally up to you how much help you want from us. Once you’re set up with a trial account, you can do everything you need. You can create templates, import subscribers, integrate your site and send campaigns to your subscribers.

Or you can just give us a ring and never visit the site again. We’ll do everything for you and send you regular reports.

Most customers choose to ask us to design a professional template for their emails, add a sign-up box to their web site, and perhaps import their existing subscriber list. You’re then ready to send whenever you wish with just a couple of mouse clicks.

You can select the services you want when you sign up, and we’ll be here to help you at any time. There are no minimum contract periods, so you can change your mind any time you wish and leave at any time (some customers have asked whether they can take your customer data with you if they cancel - the answer is ‘yes, of course’).
